Financial Details:
Screening fee of $60 per adult applicant. Rent is $1095/mo; 12 month lease required.
Security deposit is $500-$1095, based on results of screening.

First $50 of electric utility for is paid by management. This unit is on a shared meter and utility bill back. Any overage of $50 is divided equally between two units.
