Lease Term - Minimum 12-month lease
Application Fee - $50 per applicant over the age of 18 (covers credit and background checks).
Income Requirement - Proof of income showing at least 3x the monthly rent (via recent paystubs or tax returns).
Move-In Costs - First full month's rent is due at lease signing; the security deposit is due prior to move-in.
Utilities & Maintenance - Tenant is responsible for all utilities, as well as routine weed/shrub maintenance and snow removal.
Pet Policy - No cats permitted. One small dog may be considered with a $250 non-refundable pet fee and $50/month pet rent (some breed restrictions apply).
We do not currently participate in the housing voucher program.
