In the event that you do not have any credit or a social security number then we require the last month’s rent to be paid in advance or you can get a guarantor who does have a score of 670. If you have credit but it does not meet the requirement of 670 then your option is to find a co-signer. We also require a one month security deposit and photo copies of ID’s.

The leasing office was also very understanding of my situation and compassionate towards me. And not to mention, I had an absolutely incredible neighbor that I will continue to keep in touch with.
