Seriously, rent with Meyer's Management. I am a first time renter and have never expected this experience to go as well as it did. We first rented a studio but later upgraded to a remodeled one bedroom within 2 months. every experience we have had whether it was with the timing of maintenance or the incredible leasing consultant who set us up with this perfectly located 1 bedroom. Of course the units that aren't remodeled are a little dated but everything in the apartment works perfectly. These apartments are really for students or young couples looking for their first affordable home, utilities are included in the rent making it easier to finance for. The location is in a quiet calm area in the city and we rarely hear our neighbors. There is no way I could express how Meyer's Management has went above and beyond in order to provide me and my boyfriend this wonderful apartment.
So Far So Good, Great Staff, Great Maintenance... Maybe with a good review Ill get a discount. The only thing that I could say is, do a better job...
