I will NEVER go back to this complex! There was nothing in my lease about them letting prospective tenants walk through my apartment while I am still living there, I had a lawyer review as well & he confirmed. Despite me *expressly* forbidding them entering to show it to someone else, "management" did it anyway. They don't care about you, they just want their money, bottom line. They made me get out of bed early ON MY DAY OFF to show my apartment without my permission! To add insult to injury, when my husband & I moved out, they tried to bill us for over $2,000 for damages to SOMEONE ELSE'S APARTMENT!!! It wasn't even in the same complex as us! The "manager" (I say that loosely, they are completely useless) wouldn't listen when we told her they had the wrong apartment. They only listened when my husband & I went into the office & raised hell about it, then they finally returned our deposit more than a month after we moved out (which is illegal btw, NE law states 14 days from move out date). I talked to two different lawyers & both said we had a winnable case if they didn't correct their billing. There are also pot smoking neighbors, packages left at my front door were stolen, and repeated noise complaints, none of which were ever resolved. I work for a large company in Omaha, and I tell anyone and everyone who will listen to stay away from these slumlords.

I will NEVER go back to this complex! There was nothing in my lease about them letting prospective tenants walk through my apartment while I am still living there, I had a lawyer review as well & he confirmed.
