Management is great. Maintenance is good. Needed a new Air conditioner and got it in no time. And while they were there I told them the oven has one burner that doesn't work. We'll get you a new stove. And asked how the refrigerator was working. I said great. He seen the age of it and said I will get a new one soon. Reason I don't give it a five star rating. Is the inconsiderate neighbors. Constantly asking for favors. And if you do one today. They feel free to ask for 3 more tomorrow. And if you move into the bottom or second floor. All you hear is them stomping around. I've lived here 21 years and the guy that moved in upstairs last summer is the worst. And when I asked if he was dropping bowling balls on the floor. He blamed his cat. I'm in 1922 building 1-B he's in 2-B. And he's a punk. I try to mind my business. But lately it seems like I've got to go out of my way to do that. So if you're a person that wouldn't mind the neighbors. It's great. Another thing. Don't believe what they say about the management. It's not true. They do make up stories. And my neighbor across the hall. Don't like black people at all. In my opinion I wish more would move in. They mind there own business.and don't bother other people.
