I lived at Jefferson Block for over 2 years and had an amazing experience. Heather, Charles and the rest of the staff are great. The maintenance team fixed any issues immediately. The apartments are spacious. The location is far enough to avoid big crowds and traffic but close enough to be able to comfortably walk many places in the city. I highly recommend living here.

What an amazing place to call home! Incredible apartment & perfect location. I lived in a large two story apartment (1412 sq. ft.), with a most excellent view of the Hoan Bridge and historic red brick warehouses. My apartment had large windows which allowed for a TON of sunlight, an oversized balcony that fit a grill and table with two chairs as well as several plants. The master bedroom was HUGE- it fit a king-sized bed, two side tables, a dresser and still left plenty of room for walking around. The walk-in closet- AMAZING! We had so much storage space under the stairs I didnt even need a storage space. I can honestly say my time living at Jefferson Block was so special. It helped me understand the community feel that so many other residents both past and present spoke of. Living across the street of Summerfest was so much fun for people watching, I never had to fight traffic for parking (cant beat that)! Watching the Big Bang from my balcony, listening to the music, it was awesome. If I ever get a chance to live in the Third Ward again Ill be back at Jefferson Block, without a doubt!

I loved my apartment in Jefferson Block. It's very spacious and has lots of storage. The big windows are awesome, provide good sunlight, and have great views of the hone bridge and Milwaukee downtown. The location is the best, walking distance to restaurants, bars, stores, etc. It's always something happening around us. The staff and neighbors are super friendly. Its a great place to live in the third ward at a reasonable price. Totally recommended!!!!

Great building in a great location! Heather is the absolute best!! Very accommodating staff and very well maintained. Camp Bar is right on the corner if you're a fan of happy hour fun or in need a late night cocktail when the home bar dries up. If you're looking for somewhere to live in the Third Ward look no further!
