Lived here for two years and I honestly loved it. We left because we bought a home. The aprartments are newer and spacious . Maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. Never heard my neighbors. They have weekly exercise classes, a large fitness room, a clean pool in the summer, with grills.
The best was the easy access to long lake regional park literally steps away. Miles of walking and biking trails and a swim beach. Living here was like an escape but 10-15 min from downtown Minneapolis. A little pricey but you wont regret it ! I was not paid to write this I just really loved living here.

I have only lived here for a few weeks now but I just have to say I am so happy I moved here. The ladies Jill and Sandra that work in the office are Super sweet and are always available when you need them. The rental process was very easy and quick, and moving in here was a breeze.
I feel very safe living here and is also very quiet and do not here any neighbors around me.
I had a few maintenance request and they were very prompt to fix them quick. The caretaker lady I see in the halls is also super friendly as well
They have great amenities to offer and a very clean environment.
The people living here have welcomed me and I feel like I am staying in a 5 star hotel.
Thank you for making my new home so very nice. Im glad I went with this place. My daughter and I are so happy.

I moved in only a few weeks ago, but living here has already been a fantastic experience. Even in the leasing office, especially Sandra, has been very nice and helpful. Move in was smooth, the units are large and very nice, neighbors are quite and nice, and I feel very safe here. The amenities are great and being right on the lake is a great perk. I'm looking forward to the rest of my time here!

Careful - they will screw you over when your lease expires. Do not trust their words - get everything in writing! The managers are pretty bad there, work lite hours, hard to get in touch with them. They will tell you one thing, but later they say that nothing really happened. Avoid this place at all cost. They bribe people to write good reviews online. Do not trust the previous reviews as they were paid to write those.

My family has lived here for about 6 months now and we absolutely love it. The management staff are phenomenal, the amenities are amazing and the people who live here are really nice, it's a very friendly community oriented place. There is always something going on for the residents, whether it's a holiday wrapping party, pool party, national night out or whatever. The access to Long Lake Regional Park can't be beat, we are right on the trail system and just moments from the beach - that is if you don't want to just swim in the pool here! The View is THE best place in the school district to rent, hands down!

We are approaching our third year here at the View and we just love it! This apartment complex has a great sense of community, and there are always things to do: ranging from book clubs, game nights, social hours, and even fitness classes. The classes appeal to people of all ages: the morning classes tend to accommodate seniors and the evening classes tend to attract anyone who wants to sweat! We've just gotten to know so many wonderful people here. The apartments themselves are beautiful, clean, and modern. They have high ceilings, large balconies, granite counter tops (both kitchen and bathrooms), and good appliances. I really appreciate the open concept design and natural light. Also, we are very close to nature trails that pave around Long Lake. I walk or run them almost everyday with the dog. Yes, dogs are welcome here, and it seems like everyone has a dog, but beware, your dog might learn to love the office more than you! There are treats in the office :-) If you are a good person and you take pride in where you live, we will be glad to have you!

The View at Long Lake in New Brighton has been our home since August, 2012. In the almost three years that we have lived here, we have: entertained family and friends, enjoyed the panoramic vistas and views from our apartment windows and balcony, strolled and roller-bladed on the nearby paths through Long Lake Regional Park, hosted dinners for both small and large groups in the Lakeside room (including a Grooms dinner for one of our sons), and avoided additional back pain by leaving the snow shoveling and lawn mowing to the care of Property Management. We have met and interacted with some of the most interesting, gracious, and caring residents anyone could ask for or expect. Our dog has socialized with most, but not all, other dogs, but apparently still prefers a human touch and an occasional treat from the office staff. Throughout the many years we have called The View our home, we have been impressed with the competence and consistency of the Property Management staff. Their responsiveness to our requested work orders and concerns has always been swift and completed to our satisfaction. This has been an extremely well-managed facility and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new residence.
