Welcome to Namast'ay at the Beach, the perfect place to snowbird for the winter months. This unit is a fully furnished oceanfront studio located at the Caravelle Resort. Our vacation rental is available to guests for monthly rentals only from Dec. 1, 2025 to February 1, 2026.
Rent our place and enjoy a private balcony, king-size bed, plus a fully equipped kitchen, along with the available resort amenities (heated pools, hot tubs, lazy river, fitness center). All utilities are included in the monthly price, including Wi-Fi.
Less than a 90-day lease is $1,200 per month, plus taxes will be added to stays less than 90 days. A one-time $175 departure cleaning fee will be added to the first month's rent. Housekeeping services with linen replacement can be added for an additional fee.
Guest must sign the rental agreement and provide photo identification. The first month's rent, along with security/damage deposit, and cleaning fee is due with the signed rental agreement.
No parties and no SMOKING of any kind, VAPING, OR PETS ALLOWED AT RESORT OR IN THE CONDO. Violation will result in eviction, fines starting at $500.00, and no refund of any monies paid or security deposit.
