I have lived here almost a year. The apartments are not the nicest Ive lived in, but they are great for the price. The manager Trina and all the other staff are very nice and friendly. Lots of kids around to play with your kids. Very quite neighborhood in a dead end street. Love the my kids School is in walking distance.

Well I lived here one year with my friend and my dog and it was OK until the manager who interviewed us quit about three months into our lease(I heard she was fed up the the owner's son and left). After that the owners son or GM took over and was a huge jerk, never friendly and always making up reasons to post warnings on our door, always rude when in the office . Mind you, our place was well kept. Then he hired a new manager and things stayed awful. They threatened to tow my car because I had a car cover on it during the rainy season, they said I couldn't put my plants near the sidewalk(to get more sunlight), these were reasons to leave notices on my door as threaten my living status. The new manager is to chicken to actually hand you the notice, I was home every time she would post some notice on my door and then she would disappear. Oh, the only reason I liked this place was because of the hot tub, that has not worked in the last eight months so don't fall for their lies, it doesn't work. Side note**The maintenance man is a total gentleman, always saying hi and conversing, class act.** Lastly, upon leaving this horribly managed apartment we did a full OCD cleaning of our place but somehow were hit with $388 in cleaning and repairs. Funny because none of the repairs they listed actually existed but I'm not about to waste my time battling these disgusting landlords for $380. My two cents; I hope you actually spend more time looking for a better place, we found out we were being charged $350 more than others in our same style apt. Look elsewhere, don't settle for this trap :) Cheers!

I lived here for 5 years from 2002 - 2008 and I wouldn't recommend unless things have drastically changed. There was one manager that kind of cared and one maintenance guy that was really good. Noisy neighbor kids constantly yelling and screaming in the grass between the buildings were never addressed despite multiple complaints. After numerous complaints I was threatened by the a-hole general manager (don't recall his name) for complaining about the noisy kids! Car towed once by Rethiever Towing because they screwed up. Kept my deposit even though there was only minimal wear and tear from 5 years of normal living.
