Kunzelmann-Esser Lofts is a historically renovated building designed for the Artisan who wants to work from his or her home. You'll love our unique floor plans, some available with concrete or wood floors, 14-foot ceilings (some with tin) and large windows for plenty of natural lighting. An art gallery display space is located on the 1st & 2nd floors and is available to all of the residents. We are conveniently located just off I-43/94, close to restaurants and shopping.
