We just signed a lease with City Green and are looking forward to moving in. Our experience with management thus far has been good, they're very responsive (we were able to tour nearly 12 hours after inquiring about the building) and they gave honest answers to our questions. I also was able to chat with a current resident before signing a lease, which I appreciated (and you get a referral reward when you sign a lease after chatting with them!) The building itself looks nice and is in a great location. They even shared that they're making some upgrades to the unit and looking to upgrade the fitness center in the building, which would be a bonus since the current fitness center is pretty small. Rent pricing was also exactly what we were looking for... not too expensive but still a great value. You get a free storage unit with your apartment, which not all buildings offer. The underground parking was a huge perk for me as well, although you do have to pay for it of course.

I've lived here for one year now, and re signed for another. I have nothing but great things to say as this easily ranks as my top place I've lived upon graduating college (lived in 4 other apartments since then). In regard to the servicing, everything is done in a very timely manner and is done correctly. I have no worries about any service issue being resolved super fast. On top of that, I think they are very efficient with their methods through quarantine. I feel safe and secure in the area and feel comfortable w/ the mail area. I have had packages stolen many times in the last apartment I was in. I think everything in the units are very modern and nothing seems to be outdated. The styles for sure reflect what you'd expect to see in a nice east-side Milwaukee apartment. On top of all that, Amy (property manager) is awesome! She is kind, professional, and everything else you'd hope to have a in a property manager!

Ive always enjoyed living here but ever since Amy took over as property manager, its gotten even better. Shes very responsive and her team is professional and efficient with any requests. The location is fantastic - close to the highways and walking distance to the Lake, Fiserv/Deer District and 3rd Ward. Highly recommend!

I have lived here for just over two years. The apartment building is within walking distance to grocery stores, parks, and nightlife. The management staff is attentive and considerate and responds quickly to any maintenance request. The staff also consistently tries to engage the City Green community by hosting monthly events and informing us of events occurring around the city. My interactions with neighbors has been exceptional; everyone I have met in the building has been kind and considerate. It's a fantastic place to call home.

We so enjoy living at City Green Apartments. Please disregard old negative reviews, Amy and her team have been managing City Green since before we moved here in August, 2021. This team has exceeded our expectations and we are confident they will continue to do so. Issues are dealt with on a very timely and at times pro-active basis. City Green is located on a quiet street in the Yankee Hill area of the East side of Milwaukee. Walking distance to the lakefront trails, Summerfest, Discovery World, museums, downtown theatre district, Third Ward, and Fiserv forum. An abundance of great restaurants and bars also within walking distance. Grocery store, Metro Market, is less than a block away.
