Im looking to move into a new place downtown and my friend told me I should look into River Place. It looked great but thankfully I read these reviews first. The way the manager harasses tenants on here is wack and it blows my mind he gets away with it. I would ask how he still has a job but that seems to be addressed by the other commenters who raise a lot of wonderful points.

I was one of the first residents to move into the first phase of the River Place Lofts in 2015 and just recently moved out due to a job relocation. I dont usually care to write public reviews, but the recent spamming is wrong and needed an explaination. I dont think I need to point out or translate the meanings behind the fake names/accounts being used to post the skewed & negative reviews, but they are silly to say the least couldnt be more innacurate...
My review: Nicely renovated brick buildings, managed well and appropriately. In my two years living there, work orders were addressed within a days time, and the managers responded swiftly and appropriately to situations and fixes. This is very apparent when you tour the building and actually experience the place. Dont let the delusion of an emotional and upset former tenant skew your opinion - youll see for yourself if you tour the property. Yes, the train and bridge create noise, but none more than you would get from buses, cars, people and traffic when living downtown.

We plan to stay a while. The management has been very accommodating. The security is tops. No complaints at all.
