Apt office staff is rude. Mphs noise ordinance is not reinforce on courtyard.Apt staff allows pkgs to be deliver in main entrance hallway allowing anyone to pick up a pkg. Carpet in hallway is dirty due to dog urine. Barboro Flats reminds me of a Frat House with no supervision.
