Ive lived in several spots in the city and this one is absolutely a gem. Goes without saying the location is idealit feels very safe and the building staff are honestly top notch. My move in experience couldnt have been smoother the doormen and building mgmt were so welcoming and accommodating. Everything in the public areas (lobby, laundry, hallways) is kept VERY clean and organized. Overall, excellent place to live so far.

Moving in was extremely easy for us. We reserved the freight elevator for 2.5 hours, but didnt need it that long.
Once everything was unloaded, we went to the main lobby to meet with Elvin on the Concierge team. The first thing he said to us was Welcome home, then proceeded to give us a very detailed and informative orientation.
We immediately got a sense of the community aspect of the building and appreciate how welcoming everyone has been so far.
