Been here for more than 3 years, and we absolutely loved it. From the building staff all the way to the leasing staff (Specifically, Makisha), this was home for us. The only reason we left is because we bought our own place. Highly recommend.

As a new resident I am taking this opportunity to thank the staff for helping me in my move to 303. I am especially grateful to Rebecca for her assistance and Mike for always being available to solve. All the details in getting my apt ready. It was a stressful time n everyone helped n I am grateful for all the assistance I received.

I love living cat 303 East 83 Street. The handymen, porters and concierge under the direction of the service manager Mike are terrific. Mike always makes sure that service requests are handled in a timely manner and that the tenants are always satisfied. The handymen are very thorough and professional and make sure they have done a thorough job and the tenant is pleased. The concierge make sure all the packages are checked in and even will bring them up to the tenant if needed. During Covid Mike and the entire staff worked tirelessly every day to assure all services were performed. I truly do not know what I would have done if Mike and the staff had not taken such good care of the tenant s and still do. The Community Mansger Rebecca is terrific too making sure that everything is running smoothly and then tenants are happy and as does Mike and the other staff . This building has been my home for 16 years and I feel that the staff really cares about me.

Just moved in and absolutely love it. So lucky to have Mike helping with the ins and outs of the move!! As soon as we pulled up with our truck Mike was there asking if he could help. Couldnt have been any easier!
