I have recently moved in and my experience so far has been wonderful. The community manager Christian is very professional and accommodating. He introduced me to almost all staff members of the community the day I moved in, that tight community feeling is quite refreshing. The service manager Robin and maintenance technicians Liesh and Marinos have been very prompt about my service request. My dryer was broken and they had a new set of dryer and washer for me the next week. Everyone (Carlos, Mustapha, Thomas and Taylor) at concierge are friendly and supportive. I am glad I chose Atelier to be my home in Williamsburg.

I just leased a unit here for a year, have moved out of state, and am really going to miss staying at Atelier. The concierge team and entire staff are awesome and quick to take care of anything you need. Amenities are great, and although there were some limitations during covid, the staff did a good job making everything as accessible as possible within the guidelines. Building, location, and neighbors are all great and Id recommend to anyone looking for a place in Williamsburg.

Absolutely loved living at the Atelier! The team at the Atelier feels like a family and always helped with anything I needed, in a timely and friendly manner. Christian in the leasing office was extremely helpful and bent over backwards to assure the living experience was of the highest quality. I have lived in NYC for 8 years and it was the most pleasant and comfortable living experience I had - highly recommend!
