I lived at X01 after my freshman year and the transition was so smooth. They make things so easy with no additional fees and extremely friendly and kind staff. If you need something fixed or replaced, the response time was quick. The building was also surprisingly quiet! Since most the residents are sophomores I expected it to be loud but was very quite which was very nice. The best part of living here though was the free things that were given out like bagels every month and getting pizza and tacos catered during finals. This was so nice to have and I am almost positive no other building does this.

I lived at X01 for two years while in college, and one of my biggest regrets was moving out my senior year. Obviously you can't find a better location, and the landlord/management actually care about their buildings and residents. Plus, having everything included in one monthly payment saves a lot of time/stress. It might seem pricy at first, but when you consider the value of everything included, it really is the best choice for a campus apartment! 100% recommend living here.
Love living at X01! It's managed really well and they handle any issues quickly and easily. The apartments are really clean and modern. The location can't be beat either.

I hope the air conditioner system could be better. I live in a 5b 2b house in a room with two windows. During the winter, my room is very cold comparing to the other rooms. If I turn up the AC, the room without window is very very hot. I know it is probably because of the window, but I hope if the AC system could change a little bit (for example, every room has its own controller), it would be much better! Thank you!

X01 is a great place to live! Super convenient location, nice apartments and great staff. I would highly recommend living here! Two downsides are having to pay for laundry and poor organization of incoming packages. Other than that, I have really enjoyed my time here!
