My lease ends at the end of July, but I am moving out March 2, so the lease is available to start March 3. There is nothing wrong with the building or the location, I am just re-locating for a new job. You would be able to take over the remaining lease through July and then decide from there if you want to extend it.

Short walking distance to Festival Foods, The Sylvee, the Capitol Building, State Street, and Lake Monona. This is a secured building with a controlled access system, which also includes underground parking/ lot parking/ coffee bar/ community room/ 24-hour maintenance/ bike repair station/ fitness room/ rooftop access.
This unit is on the second floor of the building and I have been the only tenant thus far. This is a studio apartment, but feels more like a one bedroom due to the dividing wall between the bed space and living space. This unit supplies a lot of closet space, a balcony, Capitol views at times, washer/ dryer, dishwasher. You can add surface lot parking for $80 (I believe) a month or street parking is available.
The electricity bill runs around $50 a month.
