Ive lived here for two years and I absolutely love it here! The apartments are spacious and the amenities are better than youll find most other places. Its also very quiet and I rarely hear my neighbors. Its definitely a great community to live!

My partner and I moved to Madison last year and we had struggled to get in touch and stay in touch with apartment building managers and landlords while searching for new places to live in the area. We found Tennyson Ridge while continuing our search and we are so glad we did. I was able to get in touch with Jason and he followed up with me and stayed in touch with us while we were moving up to Madison. I had never had such a great experience with a property manager before, and Jason has definitely set the bar really high. He is also very proactive about any issues that may arise in the building and if you need his help or something fixed in your unit he is on it right away. Jeff, our maintenance guy, is equally as amazing. Anytime something needs to be fixed or updated, Jeff and Jason make sure things get taken care of as soon as possible. Theyre both super friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about the people that live here and about doing their jobs as best as they can.
The property itself is also beautiful. The apartments are very spacious, filled with natural light, the property is always clean and well kept and top it all off its affordable. Im so happy that we found this place that we can call Tennyson Ridge home.

Tennyson Ridge Apartments are a great place to call home. I lived here when they first opened in 2017 until June 2021. I unfortunately had to move for family reasons. But as soon as I found out they had a unit available, I reached out to Jason. Jason, the building manager is always helpful, courteous and doing the best to maintain the building clean and safe. I'm hoping to been able to come back to a safe secure building and be able to call this place 'home' once again. The apartments are very spacious with lots of windows that provide a lot of natural light. There's underground parking available too. This is a smoke free building, pet friendly which are always a huge plus.
