I lived in the Park Regent Apartments for a year during my 2nd year in Madison. The location is great is right on Regent street which means Camp Randall is within a short walk, yet it still close to the center of campus. I could be to the business school in just over 5 minutes and to the Chemistry building in about 10. The neighborhood is generally quite since it isn't right downtown with the occasional siren from the hospital nearby on Park St. The apartment itself was a 2 bedroom that I lived in with 3 other friends. The apartment came furnished which was great for us moving moving out of the dorms. We didn't need to go out and find furniture or deal with the hassle of splitting the costs and who gets what when we moved out. The entire apartment was in great shape and was very clean upon move in. The kitchen was big enough for 3 of us moving around but would get a little crowded with all 4. Adjacent to the kitchen was the living room separated by a island/bar. The living room also had a really nice setup, with a nice leather couch set in front of a new TV. Finally, the bedrooms and bathrooms were large enough for two people to share. Overall, I had a good experience with the apartment and the management company. I would recommend Park Regent and Forward Management to a friend.
