Morgan House is a beautiful Italian style property where you'll find bright sunny apartments with unique windows, high ceilings, new kitchens, and lots of storage. Most of the apartments have updated bathrooms and all of the kitchens were remodeled in 2004. Some come with views of Lake Mendota and Apts. M & O have decorative fireplaces in their living rooms. In addition, heat is included in your rent, there's laundry on site, and cats & dogs are welcome.
