I didn't think I'd ever give a landlord a good rating but I would definitely recommend living at a Prime Urban Properties apartment. The buildings are well maintained and they jump on service requests quickly.

Prime Urban Properties is a great rental company. I have lived at Valencia Place just shy of two years and have only positive things to say. The office staff is helpful and efficient. The maintenance guy, Dave, is prompt and professional and is very kind to my dog. The buildings are kept clean and they really look out for their tenants. They are good at communicating what is happening when, such as repairs, garage cleanings, fire alarm testing, etc. Renting can be a real pain and good places are hard to come by. Prime Urban Properties makes renting easy and even pleasant! I recently renewed my lease for another year and I have never had better property management! I am a happy camper!

I had a great experience renting from Prime Urban Properties. Their office staff (Ashley) leasing agents and property manager (Jennifer) for Livingston Place are amazing. Although I rarely called for maintenance, the guys I met were both awesome (Kip and ?) I was in a 5Th floor studio and absolutely loved my apartment. The studios are more like 1 bedrooms, as they have a door that slides closed! The building is very quiet, the neighbors are friendly and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. I also met some wonderful neighbors taking my dog outside. The Capital City Bike Trail is your backyard, 1 block away from Lake Menona & BB Beach, minutes walk to The Capital/State Street and restaurants right outside your front door. I highly recommend Livingston Place and PUP also has more locations. My second choice would be Kennedy Place...About 1 mile down Willy St from Livingston Place. In the most awesome Atwood Neighborhood. I highly recommend!

Prime Urban Properties is great, they have very nice clean properties. They maintain them well and their staff is expressly friendly and helpful. They have events to bring their community together and create a positive relationship between landlord and tenant. Prices are competitive and you get the quality you pay for. All in all a very positive experience.
