Good property for the price. Rent includes underground, heated parking if you rent a one or two-bedroom apartment. The underground parking is much appreciated in the cold Wisconsin winters. The building is definitely old, with outdated appliances and cabinetry. Definitely has an "old building smell" with the infrequent addition of cigarette smoke. Walls are a little thin, but most of the tenants are fairly quiet, at least they were on my floor. Very pleasant experience with management and maintenance responded quickly to my requests. The apartment building is very close to several bus stops which is very convenient for those who will be using public transit. Overall, great experience

The staff never think about the benefits of tenants. They don't even try to help you solve problems at all. They talked to me in such rude way I can never imagine that is from landlord. That's what you get from paying them. They are cheaper than some of other apartments in the area, but they will make sure to get the difference back by taking your deposit for some ridiculous reasons.

I've never had any problems that maintenance didn't fix once I told them about it. I've lived here since '98, and they didn't charge anything for replacing my refrigerator, or my toilet tank mechanism, or retiling my bathroom, or any other issues I've asked them to fix. Only four stars because having longer office hours and more maintenance staff might be nice sometimes, but they generally take care of things promptly. If you expect them to be open all day long, and come fix stuff immediately, that's what the emergency number is for. I hope I never need to use it.

Terrible terrible terrible place to pay to live. I've never left a review of something, but going to, hoping to help anyone know that this apartment doesn't deserve you or your money. The front desk staff is literally the only bright spot. They hire extremely friendly receptionists. The manager however has a rotten attitude and will not listen to you. They are all about getting your money. They care very little that this is your home. As far as the apartment itself, smelly. The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors left to right, whispers in the hallways, and forget about it if your upstairs neighbor is up all hours of the night. The tenants when I was there were all very friendly, which is good because you'll be hearing them all. My efficiency apartment had glued on hooks-some broken, a bathroom door so old it was chipping off, weird dips in the carpet where there was no padding, and the toilet barely flushed because the parts were so old. I can deal with those things just fine-but if they make it all about money, I have a problem with the quality of upkeep. I can't stress to you enough, whoever is reading this, find a different place to live. They will take advantage of you and won't give you the time of day when you try to make it right. Get ready for stress and losing money to people who don't care about you!!

very complicated application process. International students are not allowed unless you have lived in US for more than 6 months. Or you can find a co-signer who has income three times of the rent. They even do not tell you these information before your application. The staff are not so responsible to the applicants.
