I just wanted to come on here and acknowledge how great the maintenance team is! Specifically wanted to shout out Alan, I believe hes newer to the team. my sink was clogged and about to overflow, he was at my place within 5 minutes to fix the problem. When he sees me in the hallway, hes always checking to make sure everything is still working great! His kindness really goes a long way!

Update: It's been 6 months now and I'm still enjoying the place here! Special shout out to Alan who fixed my faucet and is always so friendly whenever I see him around! Also Oscar who repaired my locks and went above and beyond to help me with my blinds! The maintenance team has always been quick to respond to my requests which makes me feel like I'm really taken care of here :)
I've been here for about 2 months now and I'm enjoying it so far. Robert has been so helpful in getting me set up and Alvaro and Angel from the maintenance team have been so friendly and quick to fix things up :)

Ive been a resident here for nearly 12 years and I love it here! Our maintenance crew, Alvaro and Allan, are the best you will find anywhere, and consistently outdo all expectations with their professionalism, high quality work, and quick response time. They really do make living here a pleasure because you never have to worry about anything. Our complex is hands down the best place to live, in the best neighborhood in LA!
