I've lived here for two years and just signed for a third, I love it here. Their great management team with Jaycee, Miguel, and Shelley really make this place run smoothly and efficiently. I've had no issues since i've been here, and the maintenance team with Jorge have fixed everything within a day. Security does rounds every night, and will go out of their way to make the place feel safe. One time, i had left my car on in the parking garage and the security guard watched over for three straight hours until his shift was over and he could alert me. Unbelievable service at this building, along with beautiful rooms and amenities. Worth every penny

Nice unit rooms and good parking space. Leasing agent jaycee is really friendly. She did an excellent job on all leasing stuff and helped me a lot. It is a great apartment. Highly recommended!

it makes a real difference to see adaptability to each person and their needs and not being flexible at all...a great service.
Gym is always clean, hot tub on the roof very enjoyable too!

It is so refreshing to have management and employees that care. Diana and her team are awesome. Moreover, the 2 MVPs are Fernando and Jorge! Whenever I need ANYTHING from a broken washer to light bulbs to filter replacements, they are so supportive. And friendly. And just warm, awesome people. They always greet me with a warm welcome when we cross paths. I could not ask for better, comforting people. The one drawback is the apartment construction next to 1111. But overall, it is a strong 5/5.
