LOCATION
The property is located close to the Polo Grounds in Indio and all the other popular locations in the desert. The location is perfect for attending any of the events throughout the year including any of the music festivals (Coachella & Stagecoach), shopping and casinos in the area. After returning from golf or other events you will have the perfect home to relax and get away from the crowds. Bike paths, nearby tennis courts and upscale dining makes this home ideal for all ages.

OUTSIDE PATIO and POOL
Sit outside on the patio and enjoy your favorite drink while enjoying the sun and golf right at your footsteps. Since you are in La Quinta, enjoy some of the many world class events like the CareerBuilder Challenge (previously the Bob Hope Classic), played here at PGA West and held at the end of January. See some of the top golfers along with well-known celebrities and the host of the event, previously President Bill Clinton. If you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, held in March with over 300 of the top rated tennis players in the world. The property is also located close to the famous Polo Grounds where you can enjoy music festivals such as Coachella, Stagecoach and various others.

Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am.

To get there use Jefferson which turns into PGA Blvd, follow it all of the way to the Arnold Palmer Security Gate. Once past the gate, you will see the property on your left hand side just past the community pool.

Please leave the trash on the side of the home, we pay a company to pick the trash up on the side of the home. Trash pickup in on Monday mornings around 6am. If you have time please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry, if you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries.

Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.

The golf course is private property, if you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course, the HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing.
