The house has great views and a lovely pool and spa plus BBQ grill. In the living area is a living room with tv and an eating area by the bar around the kitchen. There is a dining room table for enjoying meals together and another seating area for 4 by the front bar. The primary suite has an ensuite with a huge closet and an alcove. The other 2 bedrooms have their own baths, one an ensuite, both with queen beds. The house can sleep 8 and is a great location.

After returning from golf or other events you will have the perfect home to relax and get away from the crowds. Bike paths, nearby tennis courts and upscale dining make this home ideal for all ages.

Sit outside on the patio and enjoy your favorite drink while enjoying the sun and golf right at your footsteps. Relax in the pool and spa day or night to enjoy the amazing surrounding landscapes. You will be just a few feet from the 2nd hole of the Arnold Palmer Private Course . Enjoy the night sky with our firepit located within our patio table for outdoor meals and exciting conversations. The outside deck also has a BBQ, and reclining lounge chairs for enjoying the sun.

Since you are in La Quinta, enjoy some of the many world class events like the CareerBuilder Challenge (previously the Bob Hope Classic), played here at PGA West and held at the end of January. See some of the top golfers along with well-known celebrities and the host of the event, previously President Bill Clinton. If you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, held in March with over 300 of the top rated tennis players in the world. The property is also located close to the famous Polo Grounds where you can enjoy music festivals such as Coachella, Stagecoach and various others.

La Quinta has many Zagat Rated restaurants and bars, with live music. You are never far away from the many other choices offered along El Paseo (the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert) for both shopping, restaurants and works of art.

Free High speed Wireless WIFI access throughout the house which extends into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available in all bedrooms and living room.
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am.

To get there use Jefferson which turns into PGA Blvd, follow it all of the way to Palmer Security Gate and take a right to enter the gate. Provide your name and the property address to the Security Guard at the gate.

Please leave garbage cans in the garage as our team will come by to move them to the curb on Sunday evenings (they will use a garage door opener to access the garage only to not to disturb you during your stay). Trash pickup is on Monday mornings around 6am. Our team will return on Monday afternoon to place them back into the garage. Please do not place any trash bins or trash bags on the curb otherwise the association will fine us. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry baskets in each bedroom. If you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries.

Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.

The golf course is private property, if you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course, the HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing.

The gas for the grill and the fire pit are connected to propane tanks, please make sure you turn both off when not in use.
