For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed, and each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas.
Pets: Pets are subject to approval depending on weight and breed. Pet cleaning fees apply.

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.
To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code/Keys and its location.

Getting around
For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

You will be greeted by a service coordinator upon your arrival. Thereafter, we are available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do by phone or text.
We encourage guests to text us or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions.
Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.
To get there, Head down Jefferson street until you enter PGA West. Go to the Arnold Palmer security gate on your right. Once past the gate, turn left on Pinehurst.Find the property on your right hand side.
Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.
Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property and throughout PGA West.
There are NO security cameras inside of the property.
