To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. The property has a private driveway and an enclosed garage for use.

To get there, Enter Palmer Gate, turn right on Shoal Creek, home is on the right side. Cross Street: PGA Blvd & Arnold Palmer.
Please leave the trash on the side of the home, we pay a company to pick the trash up on the side of the home. If you have time please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry, if you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries.
Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.
