What can I say. Living here is like a dream, coming from one of the eco boxes in downtown Kirkland. The units arent very old but also not new. Reminds me of rich people condos from the 90s. Tiny issues with things like closet runners and blinds but nothing major. The wood burning fireplace is cozy, and the unit stays cool in summer. Chilly in winter but the heaters work really well. 9 foot tall ceilings with inset lighting. Huge windows. Walk in double shower. Diverse neighborhood that has in our experience been friendly and respectful. Havent had a package stolen from our doorstep, or been bothered at all.
We have lived here for 3 months now. Wanted to wait to review until I got all my opinions together.
For the price, you wont find better in Kirkland.

The apartments are huge and we've always had wonderful neighbors. It's a great place to call home and close to great restaurants and stores! Highly recommend.

I've been living at Aspen Creek since January and I absolutely love it. The grounds are always clean and well maintained. It is beautifully landscaped and the apartments are very spacious. I'm a former home owner and just felt like apartment living better suits my lifestyle. They provide monthly events which gives us a chance to meet our neighbors. The office staff is friendly and maintenance is responsive and timely with all requests. It's a great location, and within walking distance to several businesses and parks. It is also very pet friendly which I love.
The rent prices are the best in the area for the size apartment and amenities provided. Living in apartments for most of my life I've learned how to work with the maintenance team and office staff to make sure my needs and requests are being met. The current team there (Katie, Iman, Igor, and Don) are very friendly and easy to communicate with. I have never come across anything they couldn't help me with. Overall, I couldn't be happier. So much so that even after losing my roommate, it's still worth the extra money for me to stay in a much larger apartment than I need just to be in a place where I'm truly happy. Thank you Aspen Creek!

My unit is not rehabbed and starting to show its age. Rehabbed units are available at a greater cost. As standard in this area, rent increases each year can be significant. I think my average annual increase is running about 8%.
