Unit 206 is situated in the Northwest corner of the building, has beautiful laminate floors throughout, an in-unit washer/dryer and a small deck off the primary bedroom. We are offering this spacious 2 bedroom unit on a 12 month Lease Term with a 2 week rent concession.
