The apt is nice but I really wish the washer and dryer were in a enclosed area. My bathtub has a coating which has peeled away and I have been told it can not be repaired unless I leave the apt for two days because of the fumes that would be created when tub would be repaired. This does not work for me. There should be another solution to the peeling off of the coating in which I would not have to be out of the apt for two days. I pay my rent and expect the bathtub to be in working order.

I've lived at TLH for over 10 years. It's a clean, safe, quiet place to live. The maintenance manager Ren is knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. Managers have changed frequently in the last 10 years but Ren has always been reliable and the managers in the office have been nice. The landscaping is beautiful and management is investing in unit improvements. Any concerns I've had are issues with specific neighbors but that's apartment living. I recommend Totem Lake Heights as a great place to live.

Totem Lake Heights is great! I've lived here for the past 15 years and highly recommend it. Michelle and Renaldas provided friendly, quick, responsive, and excellent customer service. The apartment itself worked well as my home, and I loved the tall trees and landscaping around the complex. I've moved out of town, but was happy to call Totem Lake Heights my home.
