Im so thankful we did not move into these apartments. We had a appointment to view the apartments. Not only did we wait an extra 45 minutes for the manager, but we finally called her and she said she had an emergency with her mother being in the hospital...but then asked if we could come back an hour later? I guess my question was if your mother is in the hospital why would you come out to show the apartments and secondly, why not give a heads up youre not going to make it...I definitely smelled something was up from the start(red flags). She came(late) showed the apartments and let me add that she was in no rush when she was there if her mother was ill in the hospital(there for an hour and a half). I noticed how old the washer and dryer were, the carpets needed an update throughout the apartment. Dont even get me started on the windows. My ex worked for siding and windows and I know a thing or two about it and the windows had the biggest gaps and you could feel the temperature from outside coming through the window just by putting your hand on it. Walls are paper thin, we heard kids next door screaming and a dog(I thought there were no dogs aloud). Red flags everywhere. Also the apartments reviews are horrible! I read the manager had stole an item from another apartment? Tenants are leaving left and right?...and I know thats true because I viewed all the upcoming apartments in that community that are available on Craigslist under Greendale and its A LOT!!!! I also asked tenants on our way out from the appointment how they felt about living there and they basically told us to run and find something better because they would be leaving once their lease was up. So, fair warning to anyone interested. DO YOUR RESEARCH! Too sketchy and sounds like this older manager whos running this place needs to be fired.

I actually would say this is the nicest apartment complex you'll find in the Greendale area with the most bang for your buck. I love living here, the management team is wonderful. It's very much a family community! You will see kids playing outside during the summer all the time. The children who play in the neighborhood are respectful and have manners, which is rare in kids today. They will say hi, call you Mam, Miss, Mr, I've heard them call the manager of the apartment "Miss Michelle" - Seriously respectful children. I also never hear them past 9:30pm. The grounds are well kept, I've only had one non urgent maintenence issue and that was fixed the next day. I live in an upper unit and it's beautiful, I love the large patio doors in my living room and bedroom, the huge deck, nice carpets, newer appliances, lots of room. Really a great neighborhood, you can walk to Sendiks, Downtown Greendale, the Park, etc.

This complex has the nicest units in the Greendale Area ( believe me I have looked at all of them) I enjoy being outside...

This complex has the nicest units in the Greendale Area ( believe me I have looked at all of them) I enjoy being outside so it's close proximity to scout lake is a plus. My unit has a fire place attached garage, in unit laundry and a huge patio . Management is very nice and responds to any of my maintenance requests immediately. I wish this complex offered Valet parking but I understand why they do not. The property management company even offers online rent payment now so I don't even need to send a check in! All in all I would say if you are looking for a nice quiet clean place to live you should check this place out
