My family and I just moved to City Pointe and the experience we have had has been incredible. From the moment that Dylan received us cordially to take the tour to each step of the application process which, thanks to him, was all easier and faster. After visiting other places in our apartment search and coming to this place and seeing all that City Pointe has to offer is very satisfying. I meet Scott and Bryan from maintenance and they are super friendly too. Happy to call this place home where my family and my children's puppy enjoy the view and the safe area.

5 stars across the board! From the leasing people to the Maintenance people on site. Everyone was super kind, knowledgeable and respectful. Anything needed, you had someone right there helping you or following up with you! Super easy to move in!! Im very OCD and when I moved in, this place was clean! Amazing place to live definitely! The staff has your back! I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Amazing location!! Close to shopping, bars and restaurant!

I moved here late August and the area is FANTASTIC! Dylan, the new Leasing Consultant, is a wonderful addition to the City Pointe family. Kristen, the former Leasing Consultant, was awesome as well. Great people, great service, BEAUTIFUL AREA. My family and I are so happy that we moved away from dusty LA to sunny City Pointe at Fullerton, CA! I love Equity Apartments and their team of beautiful souls.

I just moved here with my girlfriend at the end of last month. I cant stress it enough to anyone who is looking for an apartment but this place is legit HOME. The way you feel in your apartment with all the appealing accents is amazing. We face the side of the farmers market every Thursday and I absolutely love the love music and smell of all the bomb food. I definitely do not have any complaints. Plus they love animals and Mina fit right in. 10/10
