**For Section 8 Tenants currently living with us, If you paid security, it will be Transferred to your New Unit**
Your application is good for 3 months (90 days) for any of our properties that you income qualify for or your voucher amount matches. ONLY Apply 1 time for 3 months.
It takes between 1-5 business days to process the application. You should receive a text when your application is processed. If you do not receive a text after 5 business days, please contact us for your results.
IF YOU ARE A SECTION 8 TENANT, when you get to the employer section, put Section 8 and voucher size as your employer and your address/info for employer info. Please upload a copy of your voucher. Please keep in mind that if your voucher lists less bedrooms than the unit you applied for, you may Not be approved for that unit.
TO MOVE IN AS A SECTION 8 TENANT YOU MUST HAVE :
- ID (DRIVERS LICENSE , PHOTO ID)
- SOCIAL SECURITY CARD
- $25 FOR A BACKGROUND CHECK
- LANDLORD PACKET
- NO SECURITY DEPOSIT

- FIRST MONTH RENT
- SECURITY DEPOSIT (THE SAME AS THE RENT)
- PROOF OF INCOME ( PAY STUB , SSI)
- $25 FOR BACKGROUND IS NON-REFUNDABLE
