I have lived in Madison for over 6 years and lived in a different apartment every year. If I was not moving to a new city, I would spend my next 6 years in the place. I absolutely loved my time here at Terrace Point. The management team is amazing and so helpful. The property is beautiful, tons of room and my dog loved it too. You are 8 mins from downtown, but it feels like you live just off a country road with fields and woods right out your window. Best location in Madison and I am jealous of whoever gets to move into my spot. We will miss Terrace Point and if we ever move back to Madison, there is no questions as to were we will be living!

The only thing I dont like about the apartment is the air conditioner. There is only one ac in the living room and it is not helpful when you are at sleeping room. (Especially during winter which is about half year. )The electric fee is over $100 per month. Other than that everything else are good.

My roommate and I lived in a two-bedroom at Terrace Point this past year and really loved our time! Public facilities (e.g. gym, trash room, lounge) are convenient and accessible, maintenance issues were resolved in under 24 hours, and because it's a brand new building, everything in the apartment worked flawlessly. Paying rent was super easy (you can set up auto-pay on your account), and the indoor garage was also a huge plus.
