Edit: Updating my review because it was given in frustration and I wanted to focus on the positive. Management took the complaints seriously and responded quickly (within a couple of days) to the package system. They clearly care about the concerns that their residents bring to their attention. Not enough people review the good about a living community and I wanted to highlight that when we did live here in 2016, the staff at 1717 maintained a high quality of living here and were always friendly and helpful.
We lived there for a year in 2016 and one staff member was extremely nice and more than helpful consistently! She made it a genuine pleasure to live there. However, the package system is lacking and the lead manager is apathetic and callous. Customer service was atrocious and with luxury apartments this should be paramount. We are looking to move back to the area as our jobs are relocating us back and will look elsewhere. I encourage current residents that you do not stand for your packages be intercepted and not properly delivered to the addressee. Last time I checked, it is THEFT to keep a package knowingly misdelivered and as far as Im concerned, the management here is being complicit and even facilitating this behavior.
