Pretty good apartment complex. They initially put us in the wrong apartment but the agent, Paige, was very patient and helpful to get us into the right one and make sure everything was fine for us. Having a free gym is a plus too

I would just like to state that this place was wonderful when dealing with any questions I may have had in regards to my daughter living here. I would like to start that when we walked into the front doors, it was clean, and the office is right there. The office staff was very friendly and I was immediately greeted by Cat. To keep it short, Cat was polite, conciese and made sure we felt warm and welcomed. She made the lease signing painless and quick as well. My husband and I had so many questions and she was able to answer every single one of them without hesitation and confidently. After that day I have recently inquired some further explainarion about some items and was directed to one of the Managers, Taylor. She was always prompt with her responses and you could tell with her lengthy emails she was actually taking her time to be clear with her thoughts for our understanding. Apartments are beautiful and this is the ideal place I want my child to be living in; close to campus but enough distance so she feels independent and, and very safe. We all couldnt be happier with the service we received and how we were treated. Please, parents, make sure Chandler Crossings is a stop you and you child make!

Teamwork Makes The Dream Work. Almost everytime I lay out at the pool, I score a freebie, could be sunglasses, could be a burger, a popsicle, some fried chicken. Staff is pretty dope.

Amenities are excellent. Maintenance is for the most part pretty knowledgeable and quick. Some of the office workers are way better than others. All in all its a wonderful place to live and it's super affordable. Fun summers. Great people. Nice housing.

NOISE! The staff is fine, the apartment is fine, but some residents here, they will never respect your sleeping time, playing such raps or movies until dawn. Think twice before coming here if you want a quiet place!

The stuff are very friendly and they tried their best to help out. The maintenance workers are super nice too and they are quick at fixing things, which is amazing comparing to other student apartments. And they have the best gym in the area. (That comes with the apartment) There is a professional gym right across the street too. Lots of parking space, and the buses are convenient as well. I love it here!

The wifi is absolutely awful here. It can be extremely frustrating during peak usage hours and exam weeks. If you're a student, maybe invest in a router or live somewhere with better signal.

I've been living in Chandler for a little over a year now and I've loved the experience. The staff is friendly, the maintenance is always on time and I enjoy the events that they have. Paige, Kevin, Toria, Christina, Ghadeer, Katura and the rest of the Village staff are amazing and make the entire experience worth while!

I currently live at the Village and I love living at the apartments here. This is my first apartment so my only complaints are involving move in and matanace. There seems to be a lot of issues with many of the apartments as we were 200 on a list to get our shower working. But once everything's working it's great. Fast af wifi when it's plugged in.

Great amenities so far. Some issues when moving in, and some of my friend's didn't have a finished bathroom moving in, however both have been discussed and sorted out.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I really like the ambience, the staff is great, and the amenities are pretty awesome for the price. They have movie night every week and host other events. Things they could work on though: the fitness center needs some upgrading; several of the machines aren't working properly including two out of the three treadmills. When you're checking for damages the first day you move in, be very thorough ! I got charged for something that I didn't notice until I got a fee during an inspection. I've had other issues with my apartment. Dishwasher doesn't wash properly and at one point we had termites. Both issues have been somewhat resolved, but I'll be transferring to the Club instead. Same management but newer apartments.

The management has been amazing and so kind. Whenever I go to the office they remember my name and our other conversations. There is a great amenities package. You are getting a great deal for the amount of stuff that's included. The apartments themselves are really nice and pretty spacious. I have loved living here.

By far the best management I've ever lived with! Everyone in the leasing office is so nice, I literally go in there just to hang out sometimes. My apartment is perfect, it comes with TV and cable and all the amenities I want. I can choose from three different gyms I want to workout at and I the pools are LIT when it's warm outside. I'd advise getting the upgraded apartment, it's the best deal for the price.

TL;DR: This place is good if you just need a short 6 months place to stop, but long term its going to cost you more for a lot less than what you would get else where. The price is usually reasonable. However, the extra fees the constantly find to charge there residents makes it unreasonable. They cancel reoccurring payments without notifying the resident, and if you are more than a day late (which you would be if you thought you had reoccurring payments scheduled) then you get charged with a $75 fee. The utilities are split for you, which would be nice, but they hold on to the bills for months and then hit you with a large amount all at once. The apartments are TERRIBLE for holding heat in the winter, so the heat is constantly running. It is nearly impossible to actually talk to a manager. Emailing, calling, stopping in, they are always too busy right now or not in. They do not respond to emails or call back request. The associates can almost never help with issues. The workout center is a joke. Some weights are missing, so actually training requires one to make jumps in weight by 10lbs or more. The treadmills rarely work.
