Would rent here again. I only moved because I transfered jobs. Would of gave this 5 stars, however like most apartments I have lived in there was some issues. The biggest problem I had was the manager Stacey She was NEVER available. We would call or stop in and she was either "busy" or would have a sour look on her face, not very welcoming. However the rest of the staff was friendly and willing to help. Misty was the reason we rented here. She was so nice and made us feel at home. She always has a smile on her face and made us feel as though we were welcome. The maintenance is fast. I overflowed my sink one time and they were there in 2 minutes, unclothed the sink and even stayed to help me clean the carpet. They are very pet friendly here, and you will run into dogs in the hallway. But that was part of the charm. The building is taken care of so you don't smell dog. All in all I enjoyed my time there. Thank you Woodridge for giving me a place to call home.

We've lived here over a year now, and it's a great place to live. It's a good size for its price, the location and surroundings are great, the fitness room is satisfactory, and the pool is nice. It's not overly clean and sometimes things stay a little outdated, but things are generally taken care of and any issues are pretty easy to work around. Office staff has been very nice and helpful, and the other residents are all friendly, too. I also think it's cool what a mix of people the place gets, young and old and many different backgrounds and jobs. Not a place for someone who is super fussy, high-maintenance, or doesn't like pets, but I have no complaints.

Overall, I like this apartment. The office staff is friendly and I like the Manager, Stacey. The complex is maintained pretty well and the lawn is kept up with. However, I would definitely NOT recommend doing laundry on-site. My daughters clothes always seem to "grow legs", most recently was about half of her wardrobe. Signs are posted that the apartment is not liable, so wash at your own risk or find somewhere else to wash your stuff.

I lived here for about three years, and the only reason I left was because I bought a house. Managers, staff and maintenance are always friendly and helpful and keep the property well maintained. There are beautiful views of the woods and it is a very dog friendly community. The apartment layout is really great, with walk-in closets.

We've lived here 5 months now, and it's a good place to live. It's a good size for its price, the location and surroundings are great, the fitness room is satisfactory, and the pool is nice. It's not super clean and sometimes things stay outdated or slightly broken for a while, but things are generally taken care of and any issues are pretty easy to work around. Office staff has been nice and generally helpful, and I haven't had any bad experiences with other residents. I've lived here a year and it's pretty good. It's no luxury complex but it is relatively well kept. The pool is really nice and the fenced in doggie run is convenient. There's a workout room in both buildings and laundry on every floor. It must be really nice to have a family here because there is a nice park across the street and I've noticed that the school bus picks up the kids right in front of the building. Office staff: They are pretty friendly but I want to buy those girls a notepad! They never write anything down so they seem to forget work requests about 40% of the time when I ask them on the phone or in person. But if I email them or enter it into the online system, it gets done within a few days, sometimes even the next day. In the end, it's much less hassle to just cut out the middle man I guess. Pet friendly: They take dogs of ANY size. I mean it, one of my neighbors has a bullmastiff. Which reminds me, another one of my neighbors is afraid of dogs. If you're like that, this is probably not a good place for you because the generous pet policy means we have lots of doggie. They said they used to have doggie poo problems but now that they started doing doggie DNA, people are much better about it. The only time I saw doggie poo was this one week last winter when it was super cold out, and I can understand how somebody might slip up when it's -40 out. I probably wouldn't run around barefoot though- just in case. What you really want to know is, would I recommend it to friends? If any of my friends were finicky, dog-hating, high maintenance hipsters looking for an ultra posh high-tech apartment complex, I wouldn't recommend it. But I don't know anyone like that, so yes I do recommend it.

I have lived in these apartments for almost a year! I love it the management is great! Stacy is always on top of everything. She is also very friendly and I enjoy talking with her. The management team is so nice and fixes everything the day you call. This place is so nice and quite you will enjoy living here.

As I dog lover with two large dogs, even I find this place disgusting. It is NEVER cleaned and there is so much poop in the yard that you step in it every time you walk outside. There are children running around unsupervised at all times of the day and night. I have had everything from a name plate to shoes to my door mat stolen. I would never want to raise any children here because it is so nasty. DO NOT make the mistake of moving here because it is pet friendly.
