This place is GREEDY! They charge for every little thing, you will get a separate bill every month for pest control and water and garbage. Ive never seen any pest control trucks, and the garbage area is always piling over with garbage and junk. They charge 2 dollars per load of laundry, 2 dollars per wash, 2 dollars per dry. The parking lot is maybe 1/2 full of cars, but they will not hesitate to tow your car if you forget to put it back in your garage or if you have a guest. Cost to get car out of the towing lot? 350 dollars - cash only, and the towing lot is about 10 miles away in St Paul. If you need something repaired in your apartment, be prepared to call at least 5 times before they finally get around to sending a maintenance man. I had a ceiling fan that was very noisy that I marked as needing repair on the new move in inspection, had to call twice to get a maintenance man to finally come out and he said that he tightened it and to let him know of it still makes noise. I called in the next day to tell them its still noisy and left a message- no one called back. I had to call in again and again and again and finally 3 months later, they installed a new fan. I wish I had done more research before moving in here, I would highly discourage anyone from choosing this property to lease an apartment in Eagan. I would have moved out if it wasnt such a pain to move.
