Allow me readers to give you some advice if your looking for a amazing place to live its the Element apartments!! first let me tell you the staff in the leasing department are knowledgeable, polite and absolutely friendly treating everyone like family! Im so serious. They have beautiful 2 and 3 Bedrooms that are spacious and absolutely comfortable and cozy, so I wouldnt waste anymore time looking if your reading my review then get them on the phone or head on over there to (Leslie manager) and the rest of the staff that are on Board! Cant wait to see you neighbors.!!!

Great complex!! Great location. Central to everything in Durham complex is Set in the woods not over looking parking lots and other buildings so very woodsy setting. All the staff especially Leslie, Carmen and Annie made me feel welcomed from the very start of the rental process. Could not be happier withe the whole process!!

I have lived at the Elements Apts/ formerly Foxfire Apts for 22 years. I have seen so many people come and go. Different Managers so many I cannot count. But as I see it it takes a village to have a beautiful community to live in. As I have talked with the new management today they have an awesome vision of what they want this complex to be. Things take time to create a positive trust between residents and management. As a community let's have patience with each other so we can have a place that we can be proud of to live. If you have concerns about rent increase or any maintenance concerns just go and let them talk to you about it. Leslie is amazing and so patient and very knowledgeable. She has a passion for this complex. The rest of the staff are very professional and willing to do what they can to help . I cannot say enough about Jose and Tony.. as you know there are only 2 of them that keep up all of the units...But they are Always professional and respectful. Let's not let the past cause us to judge this staff...I have always had a positive experience here because there is always 2 sides to every story. They have upgraded the new office to have a comforting environment as you enter. I think it's a responsibility of us all to help keep our community a place that's a safe and beautiful place to live. Thank you office staff for all you are doing...

I had an efficient and professional install in my apartment by Tony. My bathroom needed to be more accessible as I am caring for a family member. I spoke with the manager and my request was honored. Renee called me almost everyday updating me with the progress. When the technician (Tony) came into my home he went right to work. He left the bathroom clean and he asked me to inspect the work to ensure it met our needs. I was very pleased as well as blessed that I live in a caring community. Thank you!!!

During my stay here, this is the best management team since I moved here!! They are always so caring and make you feel like a true person not just someone who lives here. Any concerns are taken seriously and resolved quickly! When you come into the office you feel the gueinece sense of welcoming and warmth. I am very happy with my stay here and would highly recommend them!
