The staff were all friendly and quick to any questions I had. A special shout out to Bret Smith who went above and beyond to accommodate me. Unfortunately, I did not end up relocating to Durham, NC but I high recommend these BullHouse Apartments and ask for Bret.

The Bullhouse is a nicely designed property with great amenities. The gym is well equipped, and the pool courtyard has a great layout. The building is filled with friendly tenants of all ages, leaning toward the younger side. If you like short walks to bars/ restaurants, this building is located perfectly for you. Brett, the Property Manager, is very prompt in addressing any issues one might have, and is responsive to tenant feedback. My overall experience here has been nothing short of great.

Great communication with timely responses on any questions I missed on my visit. BullHouse man! What a great experience! I moved here just a few years ago to attend a Duke graduate program and back then I still had my parents helping me make decisions. My mom was set on BullHouse from the start mainly because of the location, the building is new, and the rent is honestly great for a downtown apartment.
If you are looking for a great experience then I couldnt suggest fast enough to rent this apartment! The maintenance staff is super quick to respond to work orders which is a major plus. The property manager keeps the place fresh and it always smells amazing. I even had to ask what the scent was so I could buy it myself but the staff gave me some bottles for free! The events that this property hosts are top notch! Always free food, always free drinks, always free gifts/discounts/specials.
You have a ton of options in the area and more and more are being built everyday. But this complex is one that none can beat. You really wont have any regrets!
