Our family moved in to the Residences in March while we are renovating our home in Hingham. Nadia and her entire team at Avalon have been nothing but professional and the service is first class. A responsive, client first team approach goes a long way to making sure the residents have a great experience. Additionally, the events for families and kids are thoughtful, and well organized. It's a clean environment, well maintained, with terrific amenities! We would recommend The Residences at The Shipyard to anyone who is considering a short term or longer term lease. The Joseph Family

The best place I can recommend to everyone. Nadia is very helpful and kid, helping us all the time. Living here feels more like a home than an apartment complex . We strongly recommend it to anyone looking in this area! Everyone from the maintenance was also very helpful. Any request (like changing water filter, cleaning AC filtering) was completed within 24 hours. Great common places, like 5th floor sky lounge (with view to the ocean) or swimming pool.

We chose Avalon Residences when moving out of the city last year and very glad we did. The team was very helpful during the leasing and move-in process, and they have been wonderful during our time as residents. We have spent the most time working with Nadia, who has been awesome! Everyone we have interacted with on both the office and maintenance teams has been great.
The team does a great job with providing little extras that make us feel like we are living in a community. The amenities and physical spaces are very well maintained, and the team makes the extra effort to plan activities that bring us together as neighbors.

We chose Avalon Residences when moving to Massachusetts from Connecticut. The decision was easy to make once we talked to the leasing office (Nadia) where we were incredible well received. She made everything easy has been amazing ever since(many questions as new renter!). The maintenance team is also absolutely fantastic and everyone weve interact on a daily basis has been great.
The complex itself is very well maintained and we couldn't be happier. We strongly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a peaceful place to live with good "vibes", good staff and good neighbors.
