Living here is beyond my expectations. Caroline made the journey of becoming a part of this wonderful neighborhood so easy. From my 1st tour, to signing the lease, She was accommodating, professional and very knowledgeable. Had and I am continuing having the Best Experience living here. Avalon at the Hingham Shipyard is like a little resort with perfectly sized rooms and so much storage! Very safe neighborhood for myself and my two boys. Pleased to be living here.

Love living here! Neighbors are all friendly, it's a great location next to the ferry and shopping center, only 10-15 min from Downtown, and the staff are excellent! Maintenance team and office staff handle any requests promptly and with a smile. The apartments are nice and bright year round and are all updated. Cannot recommend the Avalon at Shipyard enough! Special thanks to Angela and Mike for all of their help since we've moved in!

Just a quick email to let you know how much mom and I appreciate you and your team. Having lived here through thick and thin for the past 10 years, the current team is just great.
1. Our fearless maintence guys - Even if there is the inevitable more time-consuming request, they are patient, kind and attentive. They really go above and beyond to get the job done.
2. New addition - There's a new woman here daily, I don't know her name, but she has dark hair and some sort of accent (possibly Central or South America). She's very nice, quite good at her job and keeps 111 as tip-top as I've never seen it before. Hopefully she's a permanent fixture.
3. Jacy - You've been very kind to me and my mom and very attentive to our constant property-related questions (lease stuff, common area requests - patio furn, grills, etc). Thank you very much.
Just wanted to say my peace. You guys are great!
