Room A and B are in a 3B1B unit with updated kitchen. Suite C in a 4B3B unit on the top floor. All with in-unit washer and dryer.
Utilities $100 per month per person. Window AC extra $100 extra per unit per month.
Security deposit due at signing. First and last month rent at move in. 2 references required. No smoking. No pets. Quiet hours 11 pm - 7 am.
