Jeriah Johnson was easily the best leasing agent I have ever worked with. His knowledge of the property and valuable insight was extremely helpful in deciding to move to Cedar. Jackie was also available to answer any questions I had as well. Highly recommend working with these 2 great staff!

Place is brand new and facilities are nice. Awesome location and I feel relatively safe. Apartments are nicely built (except noise but it is an apt) and appliances etc are nice. Residents are good but often college students. My issues - Have to valet trash and they often dont pick it up. Almost always a couple trash bags laying in the hall. Lots and lots of college students. Thought they would be priced out but no. Loud parties all days of the week. Lots of animals which is fine but they tend to go to the bathroom in the halls and hallway often taking several days for smears and puddles to disappear. (Picture has been like this for over a week) Garage is PACKED. They just instated parking security but doesnt seem to be working as I have to park on the roof at night. Last thing that bothers me a lot - they have package lockers but they are often full. So hopefully you are alright with your packages laying in the lobby and you pick them up quick enough to not be stolen.

Im a resident at Cedar and so far its a great place to live. The community is comprised of mostly students and young professionals. With that in mind, I thought noise would be a bigger issue. It of course depends on how courteous and active your neighbors are and I may have gotten lucky with mine. The complex is brand new which gives little to complain about. The apartments are gorgeous with tall ceilings, smart technology, natural light, and brand new appliances. The trash and recycling situation is a bit precarious. While although there is valet trash, there are still times where its necessary to go to the trash chute. The trash rooms are not well managed due to the lack of availability to throw away large items. The recycling bins are located in the garage and must be shuttled away weekly which can be quite annoying for those who live near the garage entrance. The gated garage is very convenient as you can park directly on the floor you live on. However there are reckless drivers who have warranted the purchase of a dash cam. Overall, Cedar has been a nice place to live so far but I will update this review throughout my time here.
