Ash at the Branch is a pet-friendly community that welcomes dogs and cats, with a maximum of two pets per apartment home. A non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet and monthly pet rent of $20 per pet apply. All pets must be registered with Pet Screening, and residents are required to provide vaccination records and complete a TAA Pet Addendum. Breed and weight restrictions may apply, so please contact the leasing office for a complete list of approved breeds and guidelines. Residents can enjoy on-site pet amenities including dog parks and pet wash stations. Residents can also enjoy nearby pet-friendly spaces such as University Crossing Trail and White Rock Lake Dog Park.
