The good: apartment is nice, like the area, maintance guys are good. When I was apartment hunting there used to be a nice employee who show me around and was always prompt and available, have not seen around lately. The apartment is pretty quiet, I have a courtyard view and the grounds area is well kept. Parking can be an issue, but never have a problem for myself, for visitors is tricky. The bad: management is not great, they will come with the craziest comments about policies no where in the contract, when you stop by the office there are two ladies always chitchatting and not doing what they are supposed to do. They switch the package systems to a new one and now all packages arrive damaged or late. The trash is out of hand. They announced a valet trash that never started there is only 1 container and is always full of garbage. Gym machines are sometimes broken and the gate is often not working either. My neighbors are always smoking pot on a "non smoking" community, and this is in the main building so no one does anything about it. Overall a pretty average place, good location not so great management. Considering if I should renew or venture out to a real luxury community, overall I think place is expensive for the amenities and service they offer.

My fiance and I signed a 15 month lease and we've absolutely loved our time here. The maintenance team is thorough and responsive and the leasing staff is friendly. Management does a great job of dedicating resources to fostering a sense of inclusiveness and engagement within the community. Most recently they threw a Cinco De Mayo gathering that was fun for all ages. The thing I love most though are the facilities which are always clean and accessible. We've hosted several brunches in the clubhouse and my friends and family have always enjoyed it. It's spacious, it's clean and it has everything you need to throw a dope event. I also love that the gym is open 24 hours and it's almost never packed. We are signing on for another 14 months and honestly, unless we relocate or purchase a home, we'll continue to renew because it's truly a great spot.

Overall my experience was great and I always felt comfortable living here. The leasing office team is personable and quick to answer any questions. The maintenance team is kind and patient with orders. Shout out to Eli and Tiffany - both great agents!

Lived at Everra for 3 years now. Within the years Ive seen a lot of improvements. I recently renewed my lease agreement which at first it was pretty rocky. I came in on a Saturday and spoke with Eli and his attitude was not the best and he was not the friendliest. It seems his demeanor has changed over the few years he has been here (not good for the residents). But I must say Tiffany was amazing. She was quick to send me all my documents and made sure everything in my apartment was taken care of. She was extremely friendly and very respectful throughout the process. I had many questions that she answered with no problem.
