Its safe to say that I am well taken care of here. The management caters to its residents and does well with trying to bring the complex community together with multiple events going all throughout the months. The area is quieter than most in Dallas and most importantly, it is safer. The Sawyer is beyond the expectations that I had searching for my first home. Here I can create a routine for myself!

Look no further. THE SAWYER Dallas is it!! Its everything youre looking for. The views. The remodeled finishes are beautiful. The way the natural light beams through my windows is unbelievable. The staff is 5stars too! Tyler the manager is super sweet and understanding, but the real MVP is Valerie the leasing agent. She went above and beyond to help us settle in. She ran across McKinney in her heels in the middle of traffic to get us pictures of our units when we were on a time crunch. She gave us tours of other units. She provided us with options and helped us make a choice because all of their units are awesome. You cant go wrong living here. Lesson isif youre looking to move to the sawyer, look for my girl Valerie. She will take care of you. She has been the most easy going, polite, and professional leasing agent we have dealt with. Team Valerie!!!!!
